1- Meet info:
- Warm up:
- AM: 7:00 to 8:45 - Meet start at 9:00
- PM: 16:00 to 17:15 - Meet start at 17:30
- Swimmer has to arrive on the pool deck at least 1:30 before their first event
- Wi-Fi at the pool:
- Wireless internet is available on the UBC campus. To connect, open your wireless setting and select the “UBC Visitor” network. After connecting to the network open your web browser. You will be prompted to read the internet terms of use and enter your email address, and you will then be connected to the internet.
- Finals:
- 50, 100, 200, and 400 events will have C Final, then B Final, then A Championship Final, in that order.
- All A-finalists are required to positive check-in at the clerk desk by 5:00pm prior to the start of the final’s session. Coaches may positive check-in on behalf of their athletes.
- C and B Finalists can report directly to their lane. Championship (A) finalists should check-in with the marshal at the Ready Room, located on the scoreboard side of the pool behind the warm-down pool, at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the race. Championship finalists will be marched out to their lanes immediately prior to their event.
- SCRATCH PROCEDURE
- Late scratches, including no-shows, ‘step- downs’ and other unexcused incomplete swims during Finals only, will be privy to a $50.00 fine. Fines incurred must be paid IMMEDIATELY. The swimmer in question shall not swim subsequent events (current session or other) until the fine has been paid. The swimmer’s team members will not be affected.

- Plate (plastic), bowls (plastic) , cup cutlery, Glass or WATER BOTTLE
- Plan Thursday :
- Training 11:30 to 12:30 at victoria.
- DEPARTURE: Need to organize the transportation to go to the ferry (departure: 2:00pm)
- Private Bus to the campus
- small tour around the campus and pool visit

- COME BACK: 9:00 PM Ferry arrival Schwartz Bay 10:35
